About The Moore Firm

Proudly Serving San Diego

William Moore (Columbia Law, 2002; Georgia Tech 1996) has been representing businesses in transactions and disputes for more than twenty years. His work has included serving as outside general counsel to closely held companies, guiding startups and their investors through growth and exits, and helping owners resolve complex internal and external conflicts.

The Moore Firm provides business-focused legal services throughout the life cycle of a business. Whether you need help resolving disputes, setting up business methods and contracts, advising on compliance and best practices, or acquiring or selling your company, the goal is always the same: protect the long-term value of your business so you can focus on growth.

Philosophy

Practical, Business-Focused Advice

The primary goal is to provide first-rate legal services on time and for a reason that makes business sense. Good legal work should reduce friction, clarify obligations, and keep you out of avoidable disputes.

That requires asking the right questions, listening carefully, and translating legal rules into clear options with concrete tradeoffs. The Moore Firm is built around the idea that you should spend your time running your business, not deciphering legal jargon.
